By using our website or scheduling tools, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to request services for the property listed.

2. Estimates and Pricing

  • All estimates provided—whether through our website, email, or Jobber scheduling system—are free and non-binding until approved by both parties.

  • Pricing is based on property size, scope of work, material costs, and labor requirements.

  • Any changes to the agreed scope of work (e.g., additional trimming, grading, or material upgrades) may result in an adjusted estimate.

  • Sales tax and applicable fees may apply depending on local regulations.

3. Scheduling and Jobber Integration

  • All appointments, estimates, and work orders are scheduled through our Jobber system (jobbersites.com).

  • You may receive automated reminders or confirmations from Jobber by email or SMS.

  • Appointment times are approximate; weather or prior job delays may cause schedule adjustments.

  • If a reschedule is required, we will contact you promptly to arrange a new time.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid disruption of service.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or minimum service charge.

  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in loss of scheduling priority.

5. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, check, or approved digital payments (as listed in your invoice).

  • Returned checks or failed payments may incur an additional processing fee.

  • Overdue balances are subject to late fees and may affect future scheduling availability.

6. Service Quality and Satisfaction

We take pride in our work and strive for complete customer satisfaction.
If you are unsatisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours of completion. We will review the concern and take reasonable steps to correct any issue.

7. Property Access and Safety

  • Please ensure gates, pets, and vehicles do not block access to the service area on your scheduled date.

  • Eagle Mowing & Landscape LLC is not responsible for delays caused by lack of access.

  • We take precautions to avoid property damage. However, we are not liable for underground utilities, sprinkler heads, or hidden objects not clearly marked by the property owner.

8. Weather Policy

Outdoor work is subject to weather conditions.
If heavy rain, storms, or unsafe conditions prevent service, your appointment will be automatically rescheduled for the next available day.
